My Routine for Instagram sales

I am happy to say that I have achieved a consistent flow of inquiries and sales from Instagram, and my routine directly influences my ability to succeed.

A day in my life looks a little like this:

  • Morning: I get up, get my kids breakfast, get myself some coffee, post an Instagram story, post a carousel or reel & respond to DMs and comments
  • Noon: I eat lunch and post another story or two.
  • Evening: post one more story for the day

Let’s break each of these down more:

Morning Routine:

Every morning is a hustle, but a purposeful one. As the sun rises, I kickstart my day by not only nourishing my kids with a hearty breakfast but also fueling myself with a cup of strong coffee. The Instagram world is my first stop. I kick off the day by sharing an authentic story, pulling back the curtain on the daily grind of my business—this isn’t just about showcasing, it’s about building credibility. The first story sets the tone for the day, offering followers a glimpse into the behind-the-scenes of my entrepreneurial journey, proving that I walk the talk. Oh, and here’s a golden rule: at least half of my posts dive into how I can help others or spotlight what I bring to the table. It’s not just about me; it’s about how we can grow together.

Noon Hustle:

As the clock strikes noon, it’s not just lunchtime; it’s a prime moment to seize the attention of my audience. While savoring a bite, I’m crafting stories that strategically lead my followers to take action. These aren’t just any stories—they’re the bridge between a casual scroll and a decisive choice. Whether it’s an invitation to book a call, an irresistible product offer, or a service that’s hard to resist, the stories at noon are the driving force behind conversions. Each tap or swipe is a step toward a potential client, making lunchtime a powerful moment in my daily Instagram strategy.

Evening Wind-Down:

As the day winds down, I wrap it up with one last Instagram story, and this one has a touch of the personal. It’s a moment of vulnerability, a glimpse into what makes me human beyond the business realm. This story isn’t about pitches or services; it’s about sharing a slice of my life—something that happened that day, a personal achievement, or just a real, unfiltered moment. This touch of authenticity humanizes the brand, fostering a deeper connection with followers. It’s the evening finale, an opportunity to show that behind the entrepreneur is a real person with relatable experiences. And just like that, the day on Instagram comes full circle, leaving a lasting impression on those who choose to be part of the journey

So, you might be wondering, how exactly does this daily routine serve as the secret sauce to propel your business forward? Well, it’s all about strategic consistency. By weaving your business activities seamlessly into your daily rhythm, you’re not just posting content—you’re crafting a narrative, a story that unfolds in real-time. Now, let’s talk guarantees. No, I can’t promise overnight miracles, but I can almost guarantee that if you commit to this routine, you’ll witness tangible growth within a week. More followers, increased inquiries, and a boost in sales—they’re not just aspirations; they’re the natural outcomes of a routine infused with authenticity, strategic storytelling, and a touch of vulnerability. This works for me, and my clients, but I do want to tell you that whatever works for you is what will work best for monetizing your Instagram.

Never let people who haven’t achieved what you desire give you advice.

Our Insta feeds are FILLED with so-called “experts” showing you the hacks to go viral. Hacks may get you more views, but they’re not going to build you a sustainable business.

Instead, look for experts that have reviews, testimonials, screenshots of proof that they can indeed help you.
